My name is Leo; I an active 20 lb neutered male. Leash trained, basic obedience trained, housetrained, loves children and cats. He is also a tennis ball addict.

I am also a "special" needs dog. I am blind from something called PRA. I need drops in my eyes 2 X per day to keep them comfortable.

 If you have an open staircase I need a little help so I don't fall off the edge. I learned my way around my new foster home in about 72 hours. I found the 3 season porch on my own- I really like the dog beg that is out there. I also learned the fenced in yard very quickly and am able to run and play with the other shelties I am living with. I also travel very well, I spent a weekend on Cape Cod at a friends house; I just followed the other dogs around.

I am a little shy and nervous about meeting new people. I am housebroken and crate trained. I am find with other dogs and cats. I would prefer a home without small kids as they move too fast and I get nervous. I walk well a leash but feel a home with a fenced in area would be best for me. No city life for me please.

My name is Misty and I am a purebred sheltie who was purchased from a wonderful breeder. My mom who graduated from college last year has had trouble finding a job and is now going back to graduate school. Unfortunately there are no places for me to live at school with her and she is heartbroken about it. She hopes we can find a home for me because even though I am 13 years young I am in excellent health, have been spayed & have all my shots. I love everyone but am scared of little children because I have not been around them much. I love to walk and play and love to spend time fetching balls & toys and love to be petted loved!

Laddie- I am 4 ½ yr old sable male. I would do best in an adult home, teenagers would be fine too. I am weight watcher.

I am good with other dogs and cats are fine too. Once I get to know you, I am a love and my tail does not wag back and forth it goes around like a propeller!

I am looking for a home with a fenced in yard, I am OK with other Shelties, cats can be too much of a toy if they run- so a home with no cats would be best. I good with older kids, toddlers would make me too nervous.

I am up to date on all my shots and currently taking thyroid pills with my breakfast and dinner. I come with a 6 month supply, ( they are very inexpensive and make me feel better)

I would be fine with a female Sheltie and ok with another non aggressive male. I like cats and am good with kids, although I don’t want to live with them on a fulltime basis, but visitors are fine.

Need more love in your life? Willie is a sweet, senior guy whose owners abandoned him during their divorce. He is neutered, housebroken, and up to date on all vaccines. His health is good, but he is currently on weight watchers due to a low thyroid for which he takes daily medication tossed in his food... (very inexpensive).

Willie is OK with kids, cats and other dogs but prefers that they not be overly rambunctious as he is calm and likes his naps! He has lovely leash manners and likes your company while he potties quickly and back inside! He LOVES toys and he's been keeping his foster Mom and Dad very busy tossing balls for him. He transforms into a puppy when he plays! Willie loves people and bonds easily. He's a sweet gentle soul who is longing for his own family to adore!


 

We believe Maxi would be great with a one on one adoption. He adapts and bonds very quickly. But needs to have a consistent schedule with his owner.
He is VERY loving a kissy once he gets to know and trust you.
