Hi My name is Piper. I'm a seven-year old blue merle female and a beautiful one at that! I'm a great kisser, too. I love to be brushed and it's important that it's done regularly because I have a thick, lush coat. I love my people so much that I howl when I'm separated from them. I'm good on a leash and will sit and gently take treats from your hand. Right now I'm taking ear medicine because I had an infection when I came into rescue, but that should be cleared up soon. I'm good with my foster mom's Shelties and cats, but I'm not sure about small children because I haven't been around them. I'm a happy girl and will be even happier when I'm adopted by my forever family.

Note from Foster Mom: Devon is SO adorable!!! Bounces around... loves people and other dogs are no problem. Needs a family who will love him enough not to let him get overweight, as he is a little guy. Devon would happily spend the entire day on a lap!!! Does NOT like to be put in a crate or left outside, but has very nice house manners! He will not need a fenced yard, as he will not leave your side. He was a show dog and walks well on a leash.

 

Hi my name is Knight, I am a 2 ½ yr old bi black male. I am looking for a new home because my owner has some medical issues and she can no longer keep me. I am neutered and up to date on my shots, older kids are fine, another Sheltie is OK too. I am very handsome, although I am a weight watcher.

 I like people and another Sheltie would be fine, but I am a little over whelmed at my foster home because there are many Shelties here. A quieter home would fit me best. I am fine with older kids & cats. I am housebroken and prefer to eat human food, although my foster mom won’t give me any, but she does mix some yummy canned food in with my kibble.

Hi my name is Alex I am a 4 yr old sable and white male. I came into rescue with a small skin infection and am now on antibiotics for that. I have been updated on shots and neutered. I am looking for a home with a fenced in yard. I am friendly and like to ride in the car.

I sleep in a crate at night, and it will come with me.

Hi my name is Toby, I am a very young 8 yr old. I am neutered and up to date on all my shots and am looking for a new home.

Older kids are fine, I have not found anyone I don’t like. I sleep in a crate at night and would like a fenced yard.

Note: Both Alex and Toby came in together, both came with crates. They have been used to sleeping in them at night and eating in the crate.

Both have been super friendly and I have not yet found anything or anyone these two dislike. Because of the age difference, I do not feel these two need to be placed in the same home- but certainly if you wish to adopt both….

Max- Hi I’m a 9 yr old sable and white male. After being in rescue for a few weeks, my breeder was found and I returned to her. She found me a great new home.

 

Hi my name is Shane I came into rescue with my sister Sheila- we are both 7 yrs old. We are both “larger” Sable and white Shelties. Both of us are “fixed” and we are looking for a new home with a fenced in yard (no electric)

No young kids please, we were not raised with them. Our owner went to live in a convalescent home and we couldn’t go.

We are very attached and are looking for a new home where we can stay together.

easily, rides nicely in the car, is housebroken, walks beautifully on
the leash, and is NOT a barker at all. She stands about 15 1/2 inches,
weighs 19 pounds, and has a neat, clean, moderate coat. She is healthy and up to date on shots.
